Rest and Imagination - Online
Immerse in comfort and replenishment. Our facilitator will guide you through imaginative rest practices, with invitational prompts responsive to your needs.
These sessions are an approach to mindfulness and guided imagery, that is, neuro-affirming, trauma-informed and sensory aware - you don’t have to sit still and clear your mind or focus on bodily sensations.
Join however you are feeling, there are no set outcomes, only an invitation to rest with others for a little while, from the comfort of your own space.
