OFFERINGS
Rest and Imagination
Immerse in comfort, replenishment and imagination. Our facilitator will guide you through rest practices with a variety of options responsive to your needs.

What to expect?
Freedom to choose where you’d like to be in our large adaptable space.
Sit, lie or move - floor cushions, comfy wheely chairs and couch options.
Up to 12 participants per session, welcome to chat before and after with no pressure to engage.
Soothing soundscapes and gentle music.
Guided rest with imagination prompts, poems and story excerpts shared aloud by our facilitator.
Feel free to wear whatever feels comfy, bring your own cushions or any sensory aids/tools that help you feel at ease.

OFFERINGS
Connecting through Creativity
Explore authentic creative processes and community-making, no prior artistic experience is required. Instead, meaning-making through the creative process is primary. Our facilitator will offer various mediums and prompts that allow you to explore your unique creative expression while cultivating connection with others in the group.

What to expect?
Small groups of 4 to 6 people, build familiarity and connection with the same people each week.
Options to engage responsive to how you’re feeling each meet-up - more or less spoons, it’s all ok.
Prompts and materials offered by our facilitator to explore themes of rest, play, pacing and shared-experiences.
All materials provided and will include mediums such as; collage, pastels, paints, nature-based (shells, flowers, leaves) modelling clay, storytelling and creative writing.
*Disclaimer— these are community based peer groups with opportunities to explore creativity for wellbeing and connection, not clinical art therapy groups.

OFFERINGS
Sanctuary Sessions
Focuses on open, creative exploration and rest, with the option to do so individually or with others. Our facilitator will be present, but this is a free time to explore the space and engage in a creative endeavour, work on a puzzle, curl up on a cosy couch, or chat with a new friend.

What to expect?
Open 2 hour slots, come along for the whole time or only some.
You’re welcome to bring your own supplies or explore ours.
Feel free to bring along cushions, blankets or things that help you feel comfy.
Relaxing and ambient soundscapes.
Freedom to chill in different parts of the space.
